We want you to love your Cloud Nine Jewellery. If you're not happy, neither are we. You'll have up to 14 days to return an item for exchange, credit or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Page for more details.

In the unlikely event an item appears to be faulty, please reach out to us. Our jewellery is covered under an extended warranty of up to 6 months. We'll do our best to replace or repair your jewellery or will otherwise refund you.

Yes! We understand rings are really tricky to work out sizing so if your ring turns up and doens’t fit you can return or exchange it.

We are working towards multiple length options but right now our necklaces are individually designed for one length

As much as this is something we would love to provide and this stage we just don't have the capacity. We hope to achieve this in the future though so stay tuned.
